I want to complement all night air-conditioning for outstanding customer service and repair. April returned my voicemail at 8 PM on a Tuesday night when our air conditioner wouldn’t work. It was not an emergency and I was totally waiting until the morning to get a response. She scheduled Jack to see us first thing in the morning and he did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing our air conditioner. It only needed a new fuse and capacitor. We have used Knight air-conditioning for many years and I feel they are completely trustworthy and honest in their dealings with customers. We have had and over-all excellent experience dealing with All Knight Heating and A/C. The owners, Brian and April, Laura in the office and all the techs were all very pleasant to work with. Brian and April were always available by phone and quick to respond to email or text messages. The installation went very well. The crew arrived on time, kept us informed on progress and stayed late to complete the job in one day. The completed installation is neat, tidy and professional looking. The new duct work is much more efficient than the original. We are very thankful that our neighbor recommended All Knight Heating and Air Conditioning and would not hesitate to second that recommendation. Read Less

AC failed due to leaking condenser coil. Technician arrived and conducted a very complete exam confirming one other I had. Spent time showing me the problem and the leak (with soapy water) (took it apart to show me). Then put everything back as it was. Tech was very professional. Read Less

All Knight Heating & Air Conditioning have been our "knights in shining armor" since 2012 when they first rescued my disabled elderly parents from a failed A/C system upon returning to a sweltering house from a long-distance trip! The twice yearly maintenance has kept things running smoothly over the years. But owners April and Brian Knight and their staff recently went above and beyond in recognizing some special needs and showed exceptional caring in how they solved our issue! As I was getting ready to head to a hospital emergency room, Nico was quickly dispatched, thoroughly investigated the problem, and explained exactly what was wrong. April went to work finding ways to expedite the resolution, offering a portable A/C unit, and recognizing innovative ways to help us, keeping in contact throughout the process. Jack and Brian had everything installed shortly thereafter even on a Saturday. All Knight exemplifies quality work, professionalism, with dedicated and personable employees like Laura in the office and the best skilled techs. We are so grateful to have them in our community.
